“Christine Friar” - Mufasa Mufasa

This song is lyricless. It was created using my ukelele, Lacey’s tambourine, banjo, animal-covered drum, guitar, and Will’s love, support and inspiration.

Tambourella: Lacey Sigmon

For Christine Friar. Featuring Taylor and Nicole.

So. I met up with a friend of mine about a week ago. And he asked me how my music is going. And I said bad. I said that I only ever record one minute wordless songs on Bethany’s mac, and even though I like the way they sound, they aren’t really strong enough to stand alone as instrumentals.. Later on I e-mailed him an example, and he did something pretty beautiful with it.

This is one of those Mufasa Mufasa things I guess. So far it is only called “Driving Song”, not because it’s about driving but because the music is persistent, okay.

My friend Matt is singing. And made this song into something much better. (also, I don’t know what that extra puffy percussion noise is. Was not in the original.)

This is a song that Will, Lacey, Bethany and I recorded. We decided to give the group a name… The song is about Lacey. As a mermaid. I think you guys will fucking love it.

I wrote a song, it’s kinda short, I don’t hate it, and it was recorded on Bethany’s Mac.
